Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon full payment, clients own all creative assets produced specifically for their business. Ascera Digital retains rights to our proprietary methodologies, tools, and processes.
Ascera Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice.
